Getting Started

A complete guide to using WhatsApp Sender — from registration to sending your first campaign.

Subscription Required

Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. You must have an active subscription to use the platform. Register to get started.

1Create Your Account

  1. Go to the Registration Page

Visit the Registration page and fill in the required information.

  2. Fill in Your Details

    • Full Name — your display name on the platform
    • Email — used for login and notifications
    • Password — at least 6 characters
    • Phone (optional) — your contact phone number
    • Company (optional) — your business or company name
  3. Submit Registration

Click "Create Account" to submit your registration. Your account will be created, but you will need to wait for admin approval before accessing the full platform.

2Wait for Account Approval

After registration, you will see a page indicating that your account is "Under Review". An administrator will review and approve your account. This process typically happens within a few hours.

While you wait: You can prepare your WhatsApp API credentials by following our WhatsApp & Meta Setup Guide. This way, you will be ready to start sending campaigns as soon as your account is approved.

Once approved, you will be able to log in and access the full dashboard. If your account is deactivated by an admin, you will see a deactivation notice when trying to log in.

3Configure WhatsApp API Credentials

Before you can send messages, you need to connect your WhatsApp Business API credentials. If you haven't already, follow the WhatsApp Setup Guide to get your credentials from Meta.

  1. Navigate to Settings

From the sidebar, click on "Settings".

  2. Enter Your Credentials

In the "WhatsApp Configuration" section, enter:

    • Access Token from your Meta Developer Dashboard
    • Phone Number ID from the API Setup page
    • Business Account ID (WABA ID)
  3. Save Configuration

Click "Save WhatsApp Config". You can also adjust your Max Messages per Secondrate limit (1–50) in the Profile section.

4Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you land on the Dashboard page. Here you see an overview of your account activity:

  • Stats Cards — Total contacts, templates, campaigns, and messages sent today
  • Messages Chart — A bar chart showing message volume over the last 7 days
  • Recent Campaigns — A quick view of your 5 most recent campaigns with status badges

5Manage Contacts

The Contacts page lets you manage the phone numbers you want to send messages to.

Adding Contacts

  • Add Single Contact — Click the "Add Contact" button and fill in the name, phone number (in E.164 format, e.g., +201234567890), optional email, and tags.
  • CSV Import — Upload a CSV file with columns: name, phone, email, tags. Tags should be semicolon-separated (e.g., vip;customer). Maximum file size is 5MB.

Organizing Contacts

  • Tags — Assign tags to group contacts (e.g., "customers", "leads", "vip")
  • Search — Search contacts by name or phone number
  • Filter — Filter by tag or opt-out status
  • Opt-out — Toggle opt-out status for contacts who should not receive messages
  • Bulk Delete — Select multiple contacts and delete them at once

6Manage Templates

WhatsApp requires all business-initiated messages to use pre-approved templates. The Templates page lets you manage these.

Creating a Template

  1. Click "Create Template" on the Templates page.
  2. Fill in the template details:
    • Name — a unique snake_case name (e.g., promotional_offer)
    • Category — Marketing, Utility, or Authentication
    • Language — the language code (default: en)
    • Body Text — your message with placeholders like {{1}}, {{2}}
    • Header/Footer (optional)
    • Buttons (optional) — Quick Reply or Call-to-Action
  3. Save the template. It will be stored locally with a PENDING status.

Important: You must also create the template in the Meta Business Manager. Our platform stores templates locally and syncs their approval status from Meta. Use the "Sync with Meta" button to update the status of all templates.

Template Preview

Use the preview feature to see how your template will look with sample data filling in the placeholders before using it in a campaign.

7Create & Send Campaigns

Campaigns are how you send WhatsApp messages to your contacts. Here is how to create and send one:

Creating a Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns and click "New Campaign".
  2. Name Your Campaign— give it a descriptive name (e.g., "April Flash Sale").
  3. Select a Template — choose from your APPROVED templates. Only approved templates can be used in campaigns.
  4. Set Template Parameters— fill in the values for each placeholder in the template. You can use:
    • Fixed text — the same value for all recipients
    • Contact field mapping — dynamically insert the contact's name, phone, or email
  5. Select Recipients— choose who will receive the campaign:
    • All Contacts — all contacts who have not opted out
    • By Tag — only contacts with a specific tag
    • Manual Selection — individually pick contacts
  6. Review & Save — review the estimated recipient count and save the campaign as a DRAFT.

Starting a Campaign

  1. Find your draft campaign in the Campaigns list.
  2. Click the Play button (green arrow) to start the campaign.
  3. Confirm the action. The campaign status will change to SENDING.
  4. Messages will be queued and sent respecting your configured rate limit.
